USAGE & LICENSE
Terms & Conditions
Last updated: October 2026
By installing or using Finora ("the app") you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
1. What the app is
Finora is an offline calculator and money notebook: loan and EMI tools, investment and savings calculators, tax and business calculators, a cash counter, cashbook, udhar ledger and everyday converters. It is provided for general informational and educational purposes.
2. Not financial, tax or legal advice
- Results are estimates based on the numbers you enter and the assumptions shown on each screen.
- Rates, tax slabs, scheme rules and limits change over time and may differ from the ones used in the app.
- Finora is not a bank, lender, broker, tax advisor or investment advisor, is not affiliated with any bank, NBFC, government body or financial institution, and does not provide loans or investment products.
- Please confirm important figures with your lender, employer, tax advisor or the official source before making financial decisions.
3. Licence to use
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and use the app on your devices for your own purposes. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, resell or distribute the app, or remove any notices from it, except where the law allows.
4. Your data and responsibilities
- Your records are stored on your device only. You are responsible for keeping backups of anything you cannot afford to lose.
- Backup and export files are not encrypted. Keep them safe and share them only with people you trust.
- Invoices, PDF reports and other documents you create are your own; check them before sending them to anyone.
- If you add your own logo or business name to PDF reports, you confirm you have the right to use it. You are responsible for what you share, and the app does not check or approve your logo.
- Do not use the app for any unlawful purpose.
5. Languages and currencies
The app can be shown in several languages and with any world currency symbol. Translations are provided in good faith and may contain errors. Tax and scheme rules inside the app follow India unless a screen says otherwise; choosing another currency changes the symbol and number format only, not the rules.
6. Intellectual property
The app, its design, text and code belong to Finora and are protected by copyright and other laws. Third-party open source components remain under their own licences.
7. Availability and updates
We may update, change or discontinue features at any time. We try to keep the app working and accurate but do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error-free.
8. Disclaimer of warranties
The app is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Finora will not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss, or for any loss arising from decisions made using the app's results, or from lost or damaged data on your device.
10. Termination
You can stop using the app at any time by uninstalling it. We may suspend or end access if these terms are breached.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version is always on this page with its date. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the courts of competent jurisdiction in India.
